The Crafty Caravan Bar is a 1950’s style caravan, serving cocktails, prosecco, craft beer and much more! The caravan can act as a prosecco van with prosecco on tap, as a cocktail bar with a fully funciontal cocktail bar at one end, as a craft beer bar with 6 taps for specialist beers or as a full bar service with all in action at one time!

But that's not all! The caravan, also known as Doris, has a built in sound system and DJ station to really get the party going! Doris is a real eye catcher and an ear pleasurer. We create a lot of fun while serving fantastic drinks and our ultimate aim is to put a smile on everyone's face!

Prosecco on tap from one end of the caravan. Flutes, or plastics, and service included. Extra kegs of Prosecco can be arranged.

Craft beer on tap from one end of the caravan. You can have up to 6 different craft beers on tap. Pint glasses, or plastics, and service included.

Freshly made juices, smoothies and mocktails. A healthy, non-alcoholic, vitamin loaded bar option!

Hire the caravan to use solely as a DJ booth. The cocktail bar end of the caravan works perfectly as a DJ booth with room on the bar top for decks and room inside the bar for the DJ!

A range of coffees, made with fresh beans, served from the caravan, made by professional baristas. Unlimited coffee packages available.

There are a few options to how we run the bars...

Our Full Bar service, includes:

All cocktail making equipment and ingredients
All craft beer, Prosecco and cider kegs
All spirits and mixers
Fully trained mixologists
Glassware for service
Ice
Refrigeration
Appropriate licences and insurance
And The Crafty Caravan!

The paying BaR

Guests pay for their own drinks. You pay a booking fee, then guests buy their own drinks on a paying bar. Card payments accepted. Contactless accepted. Fully Stocked, Fully Licensed, Fully Insured.

The open bar

All drinks are complimentary for all guests. Prices are charged per head for this service.

The part open, part paying bar

You can have a certain period with free drinks then switch to a cash and card bar or run a tab to a set limit then switch to a cash bar. (We can provide drinks tokens with this option).

dry hire

Hire the caravan and supply your own booze. We supply the bar tenders, bar tools, glassware, syrups, garnish, ice and licences.
